These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bitbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at bitbet.onl, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and any related content or functionality made available through the site.

The bitbet platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are aged 21 years or older. bitbet enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming best practice for the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.

bitbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identification card, passport, or other official document confirming your name, date of birth, and current address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the platform will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Any winnings accrued during a period in which eligibility requirements were not met may be forfeited.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) active account on the bitbet platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid and unique username, a secure password, a working email address, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

You must notify bitbet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your password has been compromised. bitbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

bitbet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where the application appears fraudulent, duplicative, or inconsistent with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. bitbet recommends that you use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service, and that you change your password regularly. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

bitbet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bitbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All connections to the bitbet platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and bitbet cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account in the event of a breach arising from your own failure to maintain credential security.

Suspicious login attempts from unrecognised devices or locations will trigger an additional verification step. bitbet reserves the right to temporarily lock an account pending verification if unusual activity is detected, as a protective measure for the account holder.

All deposits at bitbet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bitbet does not charge any fees on the platform side for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bitbet accepts no responsibility.

The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account verification status. bitbet reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your bitbet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment source will be reversed, the account suspended pending investigation, and any associated winnings may be voided.

Deposits are credited to your casino balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited within seconds of confirmation. Bank card deposits may take up to 15 minutes in cases where additional processing is required.

bitbet reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and to request supporting documentation for deposits that exceed specified thresholds or that appear inconsistent with normal account activity patterns. Failure to co-operate with an AML review will result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests at bitbet are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka.

Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take up to 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank's processing times, for which bitbet accepts no responsibility.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, bitbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and a proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a one-time process for most accounts, but bitbet reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn have been fully satisfied (see Section 7 — Bonuses and Promotions). Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited, and only the net real-money balance will be released.

bitbet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage, or other activity that violates these Terms.

bitbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament entry credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made from the associated balance. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the wagering completion terms. Bonuses may not be combined with other active bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit this. bitbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk or matched betting strategies, arbitrage play, creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or exploitation of errors in promotion terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of all winnings derived from that bonus, and may result in permanent account closure.

Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant periods will be governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of launch.

All games available on the bitbet platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, operate under professionally supervised live studio conditions. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by certified random processes and are not influenced by the platform, the game provider, or any third party.

Players are expected to interact with all games in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each individual game. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors in game logic, network latency, or other technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network disconnection that affects the outcome of a game round, bitbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. Where a malfunction results in a payout that would not otherwise have been generated under normal operating conditions, bitbet reserves the right to reclaim that payout from the player's balance.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets available on bitbet — are governed by specific sports betting rules published within the betting section of the platform. In all cases of ambiguity or conflict, those specific betting rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to bet settlement.

bitbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary cool-off periods, and a permanent self-exclusion option. These tools are accessible from within the account settings at all times.

Players who wish to self-exclude or who believe their gambling is becoming harmful are encouraged to contact [email protected] immediately. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within the same operating session. A self-excluded player will not receive promotional communications from bitbet for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bitbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account per individual.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.

All content on the bitbet platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of bitbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bitbet platform without prior written permission from bitbet.

Game content, including slot titles, live studio streams, and sports data feeds, is provided under licence from the respective third-party providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and remains the intellectual property of those providers. bitbet's licence to provide that content does not extend to you.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bitbet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from technical errors. bitbet will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uptime.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit bitbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of the bitbet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to those terms, you must not use the platform.

All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated, and no remedy will be offered for events that occurred outside the 30-day window.

bitbet's decision on any dispute, once communicated in writing, is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. bitbet will not engage in dispute resolution through third-party social media channels, public forums, or other informal means.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, to the extent applicable and not inconsistent with any mandatory local law provisions that apply to you as a consumer in Bangladesh.

You may close your bitbet account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

bitbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bitbet reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you fail to complete required verification checks; or (d) bitbet is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by bitbet for cause (i.e., as a consequence of a breach of these Terms), bitbet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Any balance determined to have arisen from prohibited conduct may be forfeited entirely.

Termination of your account does not affect the validity of any bet or transaction that was completed prior to the effective date of termination, nor does it affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party.
